I initially engaged Jerson to develop a custom IT Security course for the organization. He delivered beyond our expectations, there isn’t any other way to put that. He developed a custom character that led learners through the course. He took the general requirements and concepts we requested and expanded them. Everyone loved the course. His talent with graphics, animation and interactions is excellent. He is quite adept at storyboarding (comes up with great ideas to show the customer what can really be done), hitting project milestones and providing iterations for review. His communication is great.

Based on that project I worked very hard to convince him to come to work full time. He has completed numerous projects for us on staff, always making the internal customers very satisfied with the deliverables. NONE of his work is the hum-drum PowerPoint conversion stuff like other developers might try to pawn off. Each and every project seemed to have a solid footing on originality and engagement for the learner.

Exhibiting great creative skill, Jerson designed and produced fifteen training modules in Articulate Storyline for our housing counseling curriculum. Starting with more than 500 pages of written materials and working within strict client requirements, his ability to create solutions resulted in a training that is both engaging and visually appealing. The volume of content to include in the training and the extent of resources and other documents presented a tall order, and Jerson’s work exceeded our expectations!

I had the pleasure adding Jerson to a team of about 15 developers for a fast-paced, 8-week project in which we updated and almost completely overhauled roughly 100 hours of content for adult learners. Jerson made himself completely essential to the success of the project immediately when he gave us a solution to convert several of our flash-format animations to .gif format, allowing us to preserve the learner experience we had grown to expect for our clients while significantly updating the look and feel of our content. At the end of the project, he even pitched in as a motion graphic artist to help us produce several course videos! Jerson leveraged his truly varied skillset for this project – our deadline absolutely would not have been met had it not been for his willingness to do what it takes to produce the absolute highest quality content on time. In addition to proving himself highly capable with various content creation tools, particularly Articulate Storyline, Jerson’s very receptive to feedback and is an absolute pleasure to work with – he is truly committed to meeting and exceeding expectations!

Worked with Jerson on multiple media projects and regardless of the design requirement or time restrictions, the final product was always above expectations. His attention to detail, design eye and out of the box thinking has helped develop e-learning modules never experienced within the organization.
