Description:
This course was one of 3 modules to train supervisors on the recruitment process and properly conducting interviews. Since this module covered many basics and built on foundational knowledge, animated videos were used to help the user visualize the process and effects of good and bad hiring practices. In the third module, the user had to conduct a simulated interview and if they chose too many bad questions, the interviewee would leave the meeting.
