Description:
This course was intended for supervisors that would not normally use the software. Instead of developing a step-by-step course that would just review some of the actions a user would take, I developed each lesson around a scenario that the users may encounter while performing their jobs. The supervisor has to correctly perform each task before he can tackle the next set of tasks. This scenario based approach to this training made each task more memorable and directly relates to their real life duties.
